Before processing any withdrawal, para777 may require you to complete identity verification. Accepted documents for Malaysian players include a valid Malaysian IC (MyKad), a valid passport, or a Malaysian driver's licence, accompanied by proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months). Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated period may result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold.

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by para777 are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the offer is presented. Where these general Terms conflict with promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall govern for the relevant offer.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in an offer's terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., X10, X15, X20) applied to the bonus amount received. Players must complete the stated number of times in total qualifying bets before requesting a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds.
Not all games contribute equally toward meeting a wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each qualifying bet. Table games (including baccarat, blackjack, and roulette) and live dealer games typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Specific contribution rates for each game category will be stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
All bonuses carry a validity period, typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of crediting, as stated in the individual offer terms. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings not converted within the validity period will be removed from the Account automatically upon expiry.
When playing with active Bonus Funds, the maximum permitted single bet or stake is MYR 300 unless a specific promotion states a different cap. Placing bets in excess of this limit while Bonus Funds are active may, at para777's discretion, result in the forfeiture of those Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them.
Any attempt to manipulate, abuse, or exploit bonus structures through methods including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, coordinated play, low-risk hedging strategies, or any form of arbitrage intended to circumvent wagering requirements will result in the cancellation of all bonuses involved, clawback of any derived winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
All games available on the para777 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Game outcomes are governed solely by the RNG and the rules of the respective game. para777 does not manipulate game outcomes.
For sports betting markets, the settlement of bets is governed by the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, FA, UFC). In the event of result discrepancies or data feed errors, para777 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including software errors, disconnections, or platform outages — para777 will endeavour to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected round may be voided and the bet returned as per the applicable game's published rules.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and per bet type, and are displayed within each game interface. Bets placed outside these limits may be rejected or settled at the applicable limit.
All bets are placed and settled in MYR. Where a Player's Account carries a cryptocurrency deposit, the deposited amount is converted to MYR at the prevailing rate upon confirmation of the deposit and the Account balance is maintained in MYR throughout.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the para777 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
